7. Returns and Store Credits

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. To qualify, merchandise must be unused, unworn and returned in its original condition, with all original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, and customers are responsible for the associated return shipping costs.

This return policy does not apply where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law.
 

8. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item. Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the item at info@midwaygroup.ca

Incorrect, damaged and defective products will be handled in accordance with the legal warranties and consumer rights applicable to the purchase.
 

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions communicated with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to a previous purchase. A promotion does not affect an order completed before the promotion began.
