Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

To qualify for store credit, merchandise must be unworn, unused and returned in its original condition, with all original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. These items will be handled in accordance with the legal warranties and consumer rights applicable in Québec.
